"Philippines - An album nicely housed the Japanese Occupation Postage Stamps used in Philippines during World War II included the first of the series of Philippines stamps bearing the inscription of “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA -COMMONWEALTH OF THE” which are deleted in black. Also included first day covers, etc. Stamps mostly unused and fine. Very interesting. Inspection suggested. F.(1 album) "
