"The Supreme Royal Mandate - King Rama IV Royal Mandate (original and duplicate) dated 6 March 1857 instructing local authorities to allow a particular Singapore Company and its agents, Mr. Wilsone and Mr. Hunter, to export certain amount of rice out of Siam. Size of paper 13x20 cm. top middle bearing the Royal Command Seal in purple and personal seat at center. This mandate was signed by King Mongkut and stamped with H.M. Royal Seal. Rare. Very good condition. VF.(1) "
พระบรมราชโองการ - พระบรมราชโองการของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว (ต้นฉบับและสำเนา) ลงวันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2400 ทรงบัญชาให้เจ้าหน้าที่อนุญาตให้บริษัทสิงคโปร์และตัวแทน Mr. Wilsone และ Mr. Hunter ส่งข้าวออกนอกราชอาณาจักร ขนาด 13x20 ซม. ตรงกลางด้านบนมีตราพระราชลัญจกรพระบรมราชโองการ (องค์น้อย) หมึกสีม่วงและพระราชลัญจกรส่วนพระองค์ตรงกลาง พระบรมราชโองกานนี้พระองค์ทรงลงพระปรมาภิไธยด้วยพระองค์เอง ประทับตราพระราชลัญจกรประจำพระองค์ (อาร์มรัชกาลที่ 4 องค์ใหญ่) หายาก สภาพดีมาก VF.(1)
